Someone Stole a Man’s Tire and Replaced It with a Frozen Turkey

Before Thanksgiving last week, someone in Milwaukee stole a tire off a guy’s car and replaced it with a turkey. His back left tire was gone, and his car was propped up on a frozen turkey. The owner of the car says he’s confused, and angry at them for wasting food.
