Helping Services Mentoring Group goes to the ZOO!!!

Youth Mentoring at Helping Services for Youth & Families traveled by Hawkeye Stages bus (via donation from Hawkeye Stages) to Como Zoo Park & Conservatory. Twenty Three mentoring participants spent a fun filled afternoon at the zoo enjoying the sea lion show, animal exhibits, lunch, and the conservatory. Youth Mentoring offers groups events like this each month to provide opportunities and experiences for our youth and mentors.
