I think every High School sporting event needs a guy like this! This dad in Yorktown, Virginia was very enthusiastic as he supported his cheerleader daughter.
The passionate dad is named Hekili Holland, and he went viral after someone next to him at a high school football game filmed his cheer routine.
In the video, Holland can be seen very enthusiastic performing the routine in the stands as his daughter cheered down on the field.
Holland tells "Good Morning America" that the routine is for the school's fight song, which the band and cheerleaders perform after every score.
Holland says that he initially tried to learn the routine by just watching the cheerleaders, and then his daughter, Mackenzi, finally taught it to him one day.
He says, "I've always loved the atmosphere of high school and college football. The band, the excitement, everything. It just another way to have fun and show support."
The video was uploaded to Facebook by Scott Willard, who wrote in the caption, "This guy right here needs to go viral. By far CHEER DAD OF THE YEAR!!!!!! This dude rocks!!!! GO YORK FALCONS!!!!"
